Secure Your Order with a €100 Downpayment
New Ordering Process:
To ensure the best experience and avoid issues we’ve faced in the past, we’ve updated our process. When you place an order, a €100 downpayment is required. Along with your order, you can upload your picture(s). This deposit helps confirm your interest and lets us know you’re ready to create something amazing together. Don’t worry – if you’re not happy with the previews we share, we’ll refund your downpayment, no questions asked. Sometimes, it can be tricky to achieve a perfect resemblance, but if we can’t make it work, you’ll get your downpayment back. We look forward to creating something beautiful with you!
What to Expect After Placing Your Order
Our Process:
Once we’ve received your picture and downpayment, we start working on your custom digital art. Within a few days, you’ll receive 5 to 10 low-resolution previews with watermarks. These are our initial drafts, and we only send them once we’re happy with the results. Please note that during periods of high demand, this process can take up to a week. If there are delays, we’ll indicate this in the store where you place the downpayment.
You can request some minor tweaks to the previews, and 30 minutes of adjustments are included in the initial cost. After you’ve chosen your favorite and are satisfied with any changes, we’ll send you an invoice for the remaining amount.
Each custom image on demand is €150/per subject or person (so in fact, per image variant that is ordered)
We offer significant discounts for high-resolution images derived from your original previews.
For example, if we create 8 previews “from a single source image you provided”, and you choose 3 versions to be delivered in high resolution, the cost would be:
1 x €150 (for the first image) plus 2 x €75.
Any extra services, such as text insertion, cropping, or other manipulations, will be charged at an hourly rate. Rest assured, we’ll communicate the pricing upfront with a detailed quote before proceeding with any additional work.
After you’ve paid the final amount, we’ll send you the high-resolution version of your selected image through WeTransfer. The image will be in a resolution of 300 dpi with the longest side measuring 80 cm, and the file size will be between 10 and 100 MB.

License
After you have paid for your custom image, you are granted full rights to use it as you wish. We will not sell your image to others, and we will only display it on our website as part of our portfolio with your specific approval.
Retention of Source Materials
By default, we delete all source materials after you’ve confirmed receipt and satisfaction with the final image. If you might need to order more of diffrent variants for future projects or adjustments, please let us know immediately so we can keep the source files. Without the source materials, recreating the same image (is impossible) or making significant changes will require a completely new order, subject to full payment.
If you decide to order additional versions or alternative images from the initial set of previews, we can offer you a bundle price for these files if they are still available. If the source materials have been deleted, this offer will no longer be valid. To avoid this, simply inform us if you want to keep the source files.
